Thanks FFD! You guys are Heroes!

It’s now 2:31 AM, I wasn’t gonna blog today. Until something woke me up, something really annoying! You’re not going to believe that the fire alarm was triggered in my apartment building! Beep beep beep. So friggin loud that hurts my ears. Not just my unit but the whole building was on the BEEP!!!

This happened before, but usually the alarm goes off in a minute or two, this time it kept on going and going so I decided to walk out to see what the heck is going on. My neighbors took it very seriously, one lady grabbed her kid and a 75 pound Labrador. Looked like she was running for her life! I greed her with “Happy Holidays!” and she replied “I think we should go down stairs”. I was like “OK!”, went back to my room slipped into a heavy jacket, grabbed my dog, my iPhone and the keys in case if I have to drive to an nearby hotel for the night.

Nothing really happened, there’s a unit in 3rd floor caught on fire. I saw smoke came out of the windows but no signs of real fire. I think they might have burned their turkey, that’s all. 2 big’o fire engines showed up. Them 8 feet tall fire fighters took the elevators up to the 3rd floor (I thought you’re not supposed to use elevators during fire drills.)

awww… I’m going back to sleep! Thanks to the quick response of Fremont Fire Dept! Woohoo!

Blah Blah

I’m so lazy these days, didn’t update my blog for a while. That’s because I’m too busy partying. I can’t remember when was the last time I had a regular hour sleep. But these days, I became an party animal! Oh, I want to try out the game “Call of Duty 4″, I heard the graphic is awsome (like HD TV quality). I will buy a video card and try it out. I know for sure my on-board video card won’t work, or it will give me 2 FPS while playing.

It’s almost Thanks Giving, again! My dad is throwing a party for me because of my new job, yay! Anybody wanna come? =p

Hey, Joseph! If you read this, give me a call! You bastard, I tried to contact you for nearly a month, and you’re always busy! WTF!

Real Chinese Input for Iphone 1.1.1

Thanks to my buddy Rich for telling me about the Chinese input for iPhone 1.1.1. Now, not only in SMS, I can input Chinese in contacts, notes, search bars… Well, anywhere that allows input. I can switch back and forth from Chinese to English. The input method is available in both simplified and traditional Chinese.
